We take great pride in packing every order to ensure your comics and cards arrive safely and in the condition described. All books are securely bagged and boarded, sandwiched between rigid cardboard, and shipped in custom bubble mailers or bubble wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes. Every order made with Frist Strike Comics is shipped with tracking and free $100 Insurance. International shipping is also available—buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Want to save on shipping? Choose our Hold & Save option at checkout. Instead of shipping right away, we’ll securely hold your orders for free while you continue to build a larger bundle. Once you’re ready, simply click on the "Ship My Hold Box" and we’ll get everything together and—helping you save on shipping costs while ensuring your books are packed safely and professionally. There’s no extra charge to hold your items, and your comics will remain reserved exclusively for you until you request shipment. Hold boxes are held for a max of 120 days or 100 books, once shipped you can start a new hold box.

How does Hold & Save work?
Hold & Save is the best way for you to save money on shipping. Simply click on Hold & Save at checkout and we will handle rest. Your order will get filed away into your own hold box and held there securely until you are ready to ship(or the 120 days/100 book limit is reached). Once you are ready to ship, click on the "Ship My Hold Box" button, we will gather all your items and send you an invoice with your shipping quote. Please note that once you receive a shipping quote it cannot be cancelled, your order will have already been packed and ready to ship.
How do you package comics?
Every comic that is ordered from First Strike Comics is securely bagged and boarded with high quality Comic Pro Line 2mil OPP bags and 24pt boards. When shipping 1-4 books, they sandwiched between rigid cardboard slabs and shipped in a bubble mailer. When shipping 5+ books, they are bubble wrapped and shipped in a secure and sturdy box.
When will my Hold Box ship after I've paid my invoice?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. We ship Monday-Friday. During holidays, sales or events, shipping may have a small delay.
How long does my hold box last?
Hold boxes last forever, however, we ask that you ship your hold box every 120 days or when it reaches 100 books. Once you ship your hold box, you can start all over again.
Are there additonal fees for Hold Boxes?
No. All hold boxes are free and that will never change.
Do you offer Local Pick-Up?
At this time, we do not offer local pick up, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
