All sales are final once an order is placed. Please review item listings carefully before completing checkout.
Wrong or Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:
- The item(s)
- The packaging
- The shipping label
If the issue is verified, we will resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been packed or shipped.
Returns
Returns are not accepted unless explicitly approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
